We want you to love your Rain Jacket, but if you don't no need to worry. We offer 14 days return of any unused Iridescent Influx Rain jacket.

- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, with price tag still attached.

We do not refund postage costs. Please contact us with your order number and reason for return and we will be happy to provide you return instructions.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via our contact us page to request a return authorization (RA) number.

- Clearly mention the RA number on the outside of the package when returning the item.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Upon setting up the return with our support team via our contact us page, you will be emailed a shipping label.
